焼きたてのカメさん

起きてから、「なんだかパンを焼きたい！」スイッチがオン！
早速材料を買いに行って、必死にこねてました。
結構な二の腕エクササイズ！
生地を打ち付けるたびにテーブルがずれてゆく・・・。

パンなんか焼いたの本当に久しぶり。
たのしいたのしい♪
友達がはまるのもわかる。
母に「にわかパン屋」と揶揄されてもなんのその。
勘を取り戻すために、
今日は大好きなメロンパンにしました。
しかもカメの形の。

高校時代、同じパンを焼いて仲良しの友達にあげたら
すごく喜んでくれたのを思い出しました。
（コレ見て思い出すかもね。）

ひとつ手違いがあったものの
出来上がりは上々。
焼きたての香りと味は、
買ってくるパンじゃ味わえません。
手作りの醍醐味。
ああ、おいしい。

仕上げまでに思ったより時間がかかって、
ヨガのクラスに行けなかったけど
おいしく焼けたからいいや。

もちろん、今日のランチになりました。
近所にいたらご招待したのに♪

◆a baker CHIKA◆
I suddenly got the idea to bake bread since I woke up this morning!Then I rushed into the nearest supermarket and bought strong flour and yeast which were essential.I used to do it when I had plenty of free time before, but I'd never done it quite long years.Therefore it's been a long time to bake bread for me!I had a look of bread recipe book and chose this which name was ''Melon Roll''.It's totally Japanese name, so I will explain about them.They are made of roll and they are covered with sweet cookies skin.Its taste is lightly sweet and when you bite some, you'll be able to enjoy butter flavour with it.Yes,I'll say it's absolutely yummy!One of my favorite sweet roll!Why it's called ''Melon Roll''?Because of that appearance.Japanese typical melons have cross stripes on their surface.So, these bread are called ''Melon Roll''!

My recipe book is fulled with unique idea and it showed me to bake melon roll with turtule's feature as the photo.It's little bit technique and more time are necessary, but baked rolls looked soooooo cute.Ofcourse they were great!I wish I can let you have some!If you are near here!
