今回、どうしても食べたかったもののひとつ。『韓定食』
友達に頼んで連れて行ってもらいました。
※『韓定食』とは、品数の多いコースの料理の総称だそうです。
One of things I really wanted to eat this time was traditional Korean meal set.It includes many dishes.I asked my friend to take me one place to have.
炊きたてのご飯に20種類のおかず。
テーブルに並ぶと圧巻です！
石焼釜飯には、いろんな雑穀と
きのこなどが入っていてヘルシー！
おこげにはお茶を入れて食べるんだそう。
食後のお茶はシナモンなどが入った
甘いお茶。おいしかった！
Just cooked rice and many side dishes which were 20.It looked wonderful and exciting to put all over the table.Rice was cooked with othe crops and mashrooms.After having stemed rice, adding tea and eat left burned rice inside the stone bowl.
After this course, we served the traditional tea.Flavour of some spices such as cinnamon bark are nice.We enjoyed a lot!
◆雨の北村（ブッチョン）◆Bukkchon in rain
ソウル市内で、韓屋という古い家屋の残るエリア。
ドラマでもたまにみかける、風情のある地域。
あいにくの雨でも風情に変わる、ありがたい通り。
おしゃれカフェも点在していて、散策にいいです。
This area is called Bukkchon where are still remained tradional and old Korean houses on the hills.I saw these on Korean dramas and wanted to visit.Even sadly raining, it's also attractive.There are some beautiful cafes around and just walking will be fun.
◆3人でお茶の時間◆Tea time with three
韓屋の通り近くにあるカフェへ。
雨もひどいし、雨宿りもかねて。
ここは韓屋を利用したギャラリーカフェのよう。
おしゃれで、落ち着いた雰囲気がいいです。
We entered the cafe near traditional houses.It was heavly raining and it was good to take a rest from miserable weather.Here seems to be the cafe used traditional Korean old house and also looked like arts and books gallery.Nice and calm atmospher was wonderful.
私は五味子茶（オミジャ茶）、友達は抹茶のパッピンス（かき氷）を注文。
五味子茶は美容にいいと聞いていたので挑戦。
赤い色が美しいお茶です。
でも酸味がつよい！なので、シロップを入れるとちょうどいいです。
飲みやすく、すっきりとした味わいに。
I ordered Omijya tea which is made with small red berries and my friends picked Pappinsu which is shaved ice with green tea ice cream and sweet baked beans.I heard Omijya tea is good for beauty and tried.It's beautiful tea in red.It was sour!So,putting syrup is the best.Taste becomes better and it'll be easy to drink.Anyhow, I liked it.
3人で近況の事、仕事のこと
結婚について（既婚女子1名・独身男女2名）
語ること数時間・・・。楽しかった。
出会って7年、そりゃ話題も変わります。（笑）
We enjoyed talking about recent things, works and marrige for few hours.It was really fun.It's been 7years since we met in Sydney.It's true to change our interest.LOL
◆サムジキルでお買いもの◆Shopping at Samziegil.
仁寺洞（インサドン）にあるサムジキル、というショッピングモール。
伝統工芸品やアート品が多く並んでいます。
私のお気に入りは韓国製陶磁器のお店。
デザインから制作までを韓国でしているそう。
今回は箸置きだけにしましたが、次回は食器を買う！と
心に決めて、ここを後にしました。（涙）
Here is Samziegil in Insadong.There are many traditional goods and art shops.My favorite was the shop which sells Korean potteries and porcelains.The owner told me all products in the shop were designed and produced in Korea.I bought only small things, but I made up mind I will get more next time and left here.
◆チョッパル・ディナー◆Choppal Dinner
チョッパル、とは豚足のことです。
夕食は友達の大好きなチョッパルレストランへ。
彼女曰く、「一番コラーゲンを感じるチョッパル」だそう。
初めて食べたけど、おいしかった！
柔らかくなるまで相当煮込んでいるのがわかる味。
人気店のようで、お客さん多かったです。
今回、仕事でたまたまソウルに来ていた、
日本人のお友達を紹介してもらい、夕食を一緒に。
彼女は現在福岡在住ですが、韓国渡航歴なんと70回以上！
英語も韓国語も操るスーパーウーマンです。
実は会う前から、ソウルでのアドバイスは頂いたことがあって
今回は偶然ですが、お会いできてよかった。
良きお友達になりそうです。
Choppal means pig's leg.We went to my friend's favorite Choppal restaurant.According to her, she can feel much collagen the best in this restaurant's Choppal.It was the first time for me to have it though, taste was really good!In Korean diet, people eat meat with many vegetables.Therefore, we never feel it's oily.I could taste those Choppal, pigs legs were cooked so long hours to be soften.This restaurant looked very popular as many customers came into during we were having.
My friend Jiyoun introduced me one Japanese woman who arrived at this day.We had dinner together and it was fun.She lives west side of Japan and has visited Korea more than 70times!As she really likes Korea and sometimes comes to here because of guide job.She speaks English and Korean.It's just great!Actually, I knew her through the Face book and was advised about rental mobile phone and so on.This time was really coincident and great to meet here.I feel she will be nice friend of mine.
