the Girls' Festival

Today, March 3rd is called Hina-Matsuri,which means the Girls' Festival, in Japan. It's a kind of seasonal festivals and we display a set of dalls like this photo.People who have a girl among a family pray and celebrate girl's healthy growth.Usually people have Chirashi-zushi, which is Sushi contains many kinds of flavoured veges and decolated with sweeten fried eggs, and Osuimono which is a clear soup with clams.

My family used to have one old set of Hina dolls, but they were too old and recently thrown it way.Instead of it, mum displys this small one which I bought when I was teenager.Easy to put and keep between not on season.

We say you should put away these Hina dolls after Hina-Matsuri immediately. If you became late to do it, girls at home will be late to get marry.I think it's just a rumor though,as all my sisters including me and it might be true.

Dad told me ''Put dalls away now!''.
It's too late to do, dad!
