実際には起きていないのだけど、
体が、地震だと勘違いしているようです。
こんな人、多いんじゃないでしょうか。
思った以上にショックが残り、関東の自分ですらこんな状態で
避難所生活をしている人たちは、どんな思いで今を過ごしているのだろうと
ニュースを見るたびに胸が痛む。
ろうそくの火なんて小さくて、心もとないもの。平常ならアロマだなんて言ってられるけど
この状況だと癒やしには程遠い。
十分に明るくないし、やっぱり「火」である。
自分でつけてみると、不安になる。
電気がないって不安だし、
この火が今揺れて、倒れたら大変だ。と考えてしまう。
そうそう。
昨日、もうひとつ
『初めて』をみました。
政府からの国民あてのメール。
チェーンメールとかでは
ないです。
電話会社を通じ、
一斉に配信されました。
今回の震災を原因とした電力不足。
いまみんなで解消しようと、節電に努めています。
がんばってくれ、東京電力、日本政府。
現在多くの国から救援も来ています。
寄付の要請もたくさん。
在日アメリカ軍による救援活動は『トモダチ作戦』という名前をつけられ、
そのネーミングの温かさに救われます。
私も国内外の友達から大丈夫か？というメールをもらいました。
ありがとう。ありがとうございます。
是非、被害に遭った地域を支え、応援してほしいです。
私達も出来ることを探し、支えます。
生きてるだけでありがたい、と思ったみんなが支えます。

すべてキャンセルし、別の機会に使うことにしました。
地震と言う不測の事態のため、ＪＡＬは全額払い戻しをしてくれました。
I wake up once to feel aftershake during the night since the quake happened.The aftershakes actually never happend at night, but I physically miscaught and woke up because of unsual experience.I think there are many people like I feel.Even I'm living far from Tsunami disater area,we might be mentally dameged.
As you know, the nuclear power plant has an accident and doesn't work well because of the quake.Then,we are under less electricity.Partly blackout is planing and many shopping area and railways save their runnings.Our family also trying to save to use and I tried to put fire on candle.We'll be glad as aromatherapy if it's under nomal situation though, it's not fan at all now.Having a night life with only little light like this makes us really frightened.Sometimes I imagine what's going to happen if quake happened and the candle fell down here.Just worrying about it.Heaps of people in evacuation ares are suffering from darkness,coldness and hunger.This is heartaching fact.I will pray for that it will make it better ASAP.
I received one message by Japanese government.It was the very first time.It's not chain mail and it was officially sent to mobile phone holders yesterday.
It said ''we are currently under shortage of electricity because of the huge quake on March 11th.We need to cooperate to save electricity and your understandings of Scheduled Blackout.Thank you for your cooperation. Japanese Government the Chief Cabinet Secretary''
Many countries from all over the world offer us to join the rescue and donation.US Navy ships in Japan started humanitarian assistance and they named it ''Operation Tomodachi''.Tomodachi means Friends.I'm impressed that sence of naming and I'd love to say thank you for all help and cooperation to Japan.My friends who are in overseas sent me e-mails and calling to ask if I'm safe and I'm so gald to have such warm love and words.I'm also at home and just watching news, but I'd like to look for what I can do for them.We will support people who lost everything and pray their recover as soon as possible.We can do it!We need to thank to our life.
@I was about go to Korea, I canceled it all this time.As I will able to receive refund in full, I will plan it another time.
