All what I've never experienced:
All TV programs and news pepars keep telling us about dameges by quake since it happend.Usually, evening news papers never publish but it was done yesterday as a special edition.
As the nuclear power plant caused an accident and is suffering from supply of electricity, government annouced to save using it and electricity company decided to make partly blackout. They call it Scheduled Blackout. Then, many railways stopped usual running and the station near my house was shuttered since this morning. It's the first time since I moved here.
When I went to the supermarket, I saw long queue to pay. Most surprising things was there were nothing on the shelves of breads, rice, bottle of water and tea. Most of frozen foods were gone.It seemed to be that people are afraind of shortage of foods and possibility of quakes again.Another supermarket near here has been closed and it's surprising, too.Even in the new years day, which is like Christmas day in overseas, they open their shops but they were closed today. It tells us how much emergency situation now.
