ぐつぐつロールキャベツ。Roll cabbages!

今日は来年の支度をしてました。
新しい手帳をやっと昨日購入。
いろいろ書き写す作業があるので年内に済ませないと
年始から使えないのです。
だらだらやってて疲れました。

並行作業で今日の晩ごはん準備。
ロールキャベツのトマト煮。
この間、テレビでやってたのを真似して作ってみました。
長いこと煮たのでやわらかくておいし～い！
大量に作ったので明日のランチも食べれそうです（笑）

◆I was getting ready to welcome the new year today.I finally bought the new schedule book of 2010 and transfered important information from the old book.Otherwise,I won't be able to use it from the new year's day.It took long hours and I was doing it for few hours and was tired!

At the same time, I cooked dinner and it was ''rolled cabbage with tomato soup''.I rapped minced beef with boiled cabbage leaves.Firstly I cooked with chiken stock and added tomato juice.AS I watched how to make them if it's a professional chef, I copied it.I cooked them quite long hours, therefore they were so soft and deep taste.There are so many and I'll be able to have them for lunch tomorrow!
