たんかん≠オレンジ Tankans≠Oranges

４月に本格移住する友達の最後のマルシェ出店。
六本木のアークヒルズのイベントのお手伝いに行って来ました。

季節がら、たんかんオンリー（＋一部加工品）の商品構成。
昨日は春のような陽気だったのに、今日は真冬。
指先の感覚をなくすくらいの寒さで参りました。

六本木だけあって、客層がセレブ率多い・・・。
俗にいう「マルシェかご」所有率も高いし、外国人も多い。

寒くて、試食を勧めるのもなかなか大変でしたが
いつも通りくらいの売り上げがあり、無事に終了しました。

友達夫妻の努力もあり、たんかんは人気者となり
今シーズンは完売御礼だそうです。よかったね！
またおいしいもの作ってください！
料理するの楽しみにしてますから。

It was the final market event for my friend who'll take over a farm job and be leaving for the little island Tokunoshima, Kagoshima Pref.I joined there to help her and had a role to recommend customer a trial taste.Products are Tankans which are made by oranges and ponkans mixing.Not sour like oranges and very juicy and sweet falovour is huge attraction of Tankans.My friend's family make them without chemicals.As they are organics, little bit pricey than others, however contains double of vitamin C and surly delicious!

Around Roppoingi, where we had a market, has many high income people and foreigners and colour of customer were totally different compare to my residencial area.It looks like really another coutry.As I'm OK to speak English, I tried to recommend them to try some cut Tankans.Many of them were impressed by that taste and bought them.Most memorable cusutomer was one kid and his mum.She said he usually doesn't like to have fruites, but when he tried it, he said ''It's delicious!''.I gave him one more cut tankans and he was haveing it until juice has gone.Nice to meeting many peple and hope fun will increse more.Tankans are not ususal oranges!

My friend will leavig soon.I'm sure they will do it very well and make nicer and attracted products in the future!
