よく出てくる赤い弁当箱。実はふたにヒビがあり、留め具も破損中。
極限状態で使用してます。
なので今日は違うお弁当箱。
これ2段重ねで、実は取っ手がついてる便利もの。
昨年、カンボジアのマーケットで格安で購入。
やっとデビューしました。
・焼肉丼
・ひじきの煮物
・卵焼き
・ピーマンの炒め物
最近忙しくて食堂も終わってしまうので
お弁当持参生活がけっこう便利。
好きなもの食べられるしね。
食生活見直し用に写真をとっていたら、
だんだん楽しくなってきました。
今年は日本が世界に誇る文化「お弁当」に
熱を入れたいと思います。
My usually using red luch box is acually broken with cracks and missing a stopper of its lid.So, new one which I bought in Cambodia last year debuted today.It's two stories and assemblable.It's very handy to carry out!
What I made today is;
・BBQ beef on rice
・cooked seaweed and soy beans with soy and suger
・egg roll
・fried green cupsicum
I've been busy these days and sometimes office canteen are closed when I take lunch break, so going to work with lunch box is very convenience.I can have things which I like.
Taking photoes to manage my diet life today, gradually it becomes fun to record what I made.I want to be keen on making Obento, lunch box, which we Japanese proud of as our food culture.
