サニーからのクリスマスカード。
大好きなオーストラリアより。
ひらくと文字がびっしりで、今年のニュースが書いてあった。最近のこと、家族のこと。
忙しさにかまけ、友達への連絡がおろそかになった近年を
悔やんだり、反省したりしているワタシ。
どんな私でも、こんな私でも、
友達として、そして娘のように、
思ってくれる人がいるのは幸せなこと。
会えるのは数年に1度だけど、
お互いに素敵に歳を重ね、
一緒においしいものを食べて、
数年分のニュースをしゃべることを、
いまから楽しみにしてる。
Beautiful Christmas card has arrived from Sunny in Australia.I put this on my desk in the office.The card was fulled with many letters to tell her news of 2011.It was nice to read.
I don't like to say that I've been very silent to friends beacause I'm busy though, it happens these years.
Whoever I am, whatever I do, she has been always such a wonderful friend and like mum of mine.This is one of happy things in my life.We can meet up once in a few years though, we'd like to get ages happily and I'm looking forward to seeing her and sharing the beautiful food and chatting again from now.
