昨日はサスケの解散コンサートに行ってきました。
静岡に住むイトコの息子＆娘。桜輔（おうすけ・８歳）と菫（すみれ・５歳）。

先週は原因不明の熱と消化不良で
今日はスターバックスコーヒーが主催するコーヒーセミナーへ。
朝からお天気でいい日曜でした。
そして花粉症も絶好調。
数年前になりますが、シドニーにいた頃
地元のカフェで開催されていた講座にも参加したことのある私。
エスプレッソマシーンの使い方などは教わったことがあるのです。
なので今回はハンドドリップの講座に参加しました。
（オーストラリアはシアトル系強し。ハンドドリップは少数派かも。）
◆I had a coffee class which was hold by Starbuck Coffee.It was sunny day since morning and my hay fever also perfectly horrable!
I used to have espresso coffee class when I was in Sydney and then I learnt how to make perfect cuppcino with espresso machines.It was wnderful experience which was like I was a barista! This class today is how to make nice coffee with paper dripping style.
最初にコーヒーの種類についてのお話と、
おいしい淹れ方についての簡単な説明。
その後、デモンストレーションを見て、実際に自分で淹れてみました。
自分の今までの間違いとコツがわかってすっきり！
（でもお腹はコーヒーでいっぱい・・・・）
終盤にはお店のザッハトルテをご馳走になり、満腹、満足！
帰りにコーヒー豆もいただきました。
元喫茶店店主の叔母に電話し、
お古のステンレスコーヒーポットを頂戴！と頼みました。
お礼はおいしいコーヒーで。
知らない人と出会う時間、新しいことを知る時間。
それが私の生活のサプリメント。
◆Firstly, we heard about growing areas and characteristics of coffee beans.It was very interesting!The main parts of those are Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia.All parts are situated around the equator.After that, we were lectured how to make beautiful coffee with paper dripping roughly and easily.Then we tried to do it by ourselves.I learnt some mistakes which I used to make and tips.All cleared!Wow!
We were served chocolate cake with fresh cream.Staff said this cake was the best conbination with this coffee which we used today.Afterward, we received coffee beans to make another cup of coffee at home.On the way to home, I called to my aunti who used to own cafe before and asked to give me old coffee pot that was in her cafe.I'll make nice coffee for her in return.
Having the time to meet new people,
having the hour to know something new is supplement of my happy days.
先週は本当に長い１週間でした。
例年よりもだいぶ少ない積雪の山々。
２月末日、それは長野のおじいちゃんの命日。
◆ALL DAY IN IKEA◆
IKEA, which is Swedish funiture store, is opened last year and I went there with my sisters and mum.As my dad doesn't like looking around the shops with relaxing, we'll be happy without him.Because we never need to worry how he is!I've been to IKEA in Sydney, Australia and it was so much fun and memorable. I clearly remember there were so many goods and all were very cute and cheap!
As soon as we arrived there, we went into the cafe restaurant and enjoyed Swedish meals.Traditional those are meat balls with cream sauce, marinade salmon, prown opened sandwiches, almond cakes and so on.I loved all of them and had a glass of white wine as well together.I feel happy when I'm eating and knew the first taste which is yummy.
We totally forgot the time and when we notice it, we already spent almost five hours in IKEA. We shoped some stuff such as cushions, glasses and candles.I bought one cute frog soft toy.I've already had one her name is Devi, but I needed her friend.So, I decided to get new one here.One day I'll put new comer photo here.
