生パスタデビュー Fresh pasta class.

念願の生パスタ教室。
都内まで行って来ました。
（写真は先生が撮ってくれたのを拝借しました。）

今日はトロフィエ、というショートパスタ。
ひとつひとつ自分で形にします。
地道な作業も、たくさん出来ると楽しい。
少人数クラスが自宅開催の料理教室の良いところ。

今日はトロフィエのジェノベーゼクリームと、
ジェノベーゼを使ったソースをサラダに添えて。
その名もパラダイスソース。

昼間からワイン飲んで、美味しい食事食べて
パラダイスに誘われたワタシ。


Finally I could join the pasta class.It's an Italian cooking class for making fresh pasta from flour.Kneading pasta dough and making each short pasta by hands.It's long way to complete, but it's fun to make them all.

After working, we enjoyed salad with Paradise sauce which is made with Basil sauce and other ingredients and Torofie short pasta with genovese and fresh cream.Beautiful with a glass of white wine.It took me to the Paradise!

夏のおわりの収穫品。

お待たせしました。
ゴーヤーチャンプルです。
実は川口のオフィスの庭で収穫されたもの。
川口勤務の方が、上尾まで持ってきてくれたのでした。

自分がもらったくせに、「好きじゃない」と私にくれた上司。
栄養あって、体にいいのに。
ということで、今晩おいしくいただきました。

うちの家族も苦すぎると食べないので、
塩もみしたりして苦味を軽減。
スパムも卵も豆腐もたっぷり。
おかげさまで全部売り切れました。

作り手冥利に尽きる瞬間。
「おいしい」って言われると調子に乗っちゃう。
もう一回言って（笑）

緑のなつやすみ③ Vacation in nature.

◆ジャージー牛・乳搾り体験　
朝の6時半集合って、健康的過ぎます。
牧場まで足をのばし、牛に餌やり。そして乳搾り。
なま温かい・・・。
昔、しっぽではたかれたことがあるので、ややビビリましたが。
ジャージー牛ってかわいい。

基本いつもおいしいけど。
早起きして働いた後のご飯はさらにおいしい。



◆帰り道ツアー
田舎の風景が続く帰り道。
わたしは日本の田舎の緑が大好き。
ココロ穏やかに、なんかほっとするから。

だんだん少なくなっている小さな駅も大好きです。

電車の旅は妙にテンションがあがる。
オウスケをまきこみ、『電車旅』というテーマで
写真をとりまくっていました。


いつまで遊べるかな～、とのんきに考えてる私たち。
自分たちこと考えろ、と母には叱咤されたけど
いとこの子供たちとは、遊べるうちは遊びたいし
面倒みれるときはみてあげたいのだ。
私の小さな友達なので。

いつか大きくなっても、一緒に旅行したことを
忘れないでいてほしいものです。

旅の締めは、赤福茶屋でかき氷。
そして赤福。

名古屋駅のデパートにある。
前にもきたんだよね。
楽しき思い出の店。

また楽しい記憶を追加。

緑のなつやすみ② Vacation in nature

ここでは、こんな建物に泊まれます。
ドーム型のコンドミニアム。

中も広くて快適。
ベッド３台とロフト付き。
大人５人でもゆっくり泊まれます。

難点は音が反響しやすいので
父のいびきがまんべんなく聞こえること。
かなりウルサイ・・・


◆朝のひと仕事＆朝食　　Morning work and breakfast buffet

原木生しいたけの収穫作業に参加。
（ちなみに子供たちは牛舎のお掃除。）
原木でしいたけを育てるには2年くらいかかるそう。
だから生産量は非常に少ないそうです。


自分で収穫したしいたけは朝食でいただきました。
肉厚ですっごくおいしかった！
今朝、一番おいしかったもの。
採りたてのおいしさってすごい。

食べ終わる頃には奇跡的にも晴れ間が見えました。


◆ソーセージ作り教室　Sausage making class
今回、一番楽しみにしていたソーセージを作る教室。
オウスケ＆すみれとその父親、うちの3姉妹の6人で参加。
ひき肉とスパイスや氷を混ぜたり、羊腸に入れて形を整える作業は
どれも初めての作業ですごく面白かった～。
完全無添加のソーセージなんて初かも。

家でもやってみたいし、実は自家製のベーコンとか
スモークとか家でやりたいと常々考えてます。
手作りがとっても楽しい。


みんなで楽しく作業、そして試食もおいしくいただきました。
楽しくおいしい夏の思い出。
またやりたいね。

今日のランチです。
お腹いっぱいなので野菜中心。

みんなは昼間からビール飲んでたけど。
わたしはジュース。
少し前にひどい二日酔いをした記憶が
よみがえるんです・・・。
リハビリ進んでるけどね。



ザリガニ釣りしたり、温泉に入ったり、
好きなときにアイス食べたりしてのんびり。

夜はすみれとオウスケに足のオイルマッサージをしてあげました。
ラベンダーオイルのいいにおいがわかる、生意気な2人。
最後に「見えない５００円」を私に払っていきました。（笑）
最近の小学生って疲れてるのね・・・。

緑のなつやすみ① Vacation in nature.

実はちびっこ達と旅するのは初めて。

桜輔（10歳）もいつか行ってくれなくなるかも、
こんな機会もなかなかないし、ということで
我が家はなんと5名全員参加。
みんなが揃う旅も久しぶりです。
イトコ一家＋叔母＆我が家の総勢10名の旅。

これから三重県のモクモクファームに向かいます。
名古屋で待ち合わせ、関西線で1時間、次の電車を待つこと30分。
乗り換えて30分、そして駅からタクシーで15分。
電車の旅が続きました。

雨だけど、車窓からの緑が深くてきれい。
のどかすぎる駅の風景に、なんだかワクワクしました。

Actually, this is the first time to travel with these kids of my cousin's.Osuke, 10years old, might stop going out with me soon and this kind of oppurtunity is really rare, so we made up our plan to join it with all of us.It's been a while to travel with all five.

We are heading to Moku-Moku farm in Mie pref.This is a farm with accomodation and many experience and classes which are related to farming work.Good place for kids.We met up Nagoya station and 1hour by Kansai line and waited for 30mins.Transfered another line and took 30mins and finally to the goal after 15mins drive by taxi.It was really long way, but the scernery from the window of trains are beautiful deep green surrounded by mountains and rice fields made me so relaxed even it was raining.



夜はみんなでバーベキューです。
ビール飲みたい放題飲んで、
食べたいだけお肉も野菜も食べました。

旅行に興奮して、よく眠れなかったらしいちびっこ2名は
ウトウトしてたけど。大人は好き放題。
野菜おいしかった。ソーセージも。

でも明日の朝食が一番の楽しみ、でした。わたし。

We had a BBQ dinner and drunk beer and ate pork and veges as much as we could.Kids looked a bit sleepy as they couldn't sleep well last night because of too much exciting.We had a lot, but I was actually very exited breakfast tomorrow morning.

旅の始まりはやっぱり雨 Began with raining

関東は雨。
名古屋もひどい雨だったらしい。

雨男＆雨女がいるので、
計画当初から覚悟してたけど・・・

これから三重県に向けての夏旅第2幕。
その前に名古屋で大好きなエビフライサンド。
シドニーで同居してた友達が出てきてくれて
楽しい始まりとなりました。

I'm traveling with my family and cousin's family and heading to Mie Pref for few days from today.

It's been raining from last night.Nagoya had rain heavily.As there were some family who were bad luck for weather and then I expected that it would rain or be cloudy though, it became all true.

Before meeting up other members, I had deep fried prawn sandwich lunch in my favorite cafe in Nagoya.I was about to have it with my sister, but she could not join it and one of my friend who used to share a house in Sydney did.I was so happy and lucky to see her again.Begining was raining but my feeling was absolutely sunny.

韓国健康飲料 Korean healthy drink

昨日は食べすぎた。
焼肉は、ほどほどにしよう（反省）
ずっとお腹いっぱい・・・。
朝、ジムに行ってやっとお腹がすいた。

最近はまって飲んでいるのが、ソウルで買ってきた
『ミスカル』という数種類の大豆とか雑穀を粉末にした飲み物。
水で溶いてもいいけど、牛乳がおいしい。
次も買いたい。

明日から中部地方へ遠征。
ちびっこ一家＆我が家（総勢10名）で初旅。
仕度しないと。
そして晴れ乞い・・・。

I had too much BBQ dinner last night.Should have had proper quantity...After joining the earobics class this morning, finally became hungry.

I've gotten into these sachet of drink which name is Miskal.They are made with some kinds of ground soy beans and millet.You can mix it with water, but with milk is taste better.I'll buy the sane one again.

I'll be heading to Mie pref. from tomorrow with my cousin's family and all my family members which is ten people.I have to get ready today and beg for being sunny or cloudy during our hoidays....

あたらしい宝物 New tresures

「物欲がない」という会社の先輩。
少し、爪の垢を煎じて飲んだ方がいいかも・・・
というくらい、現在、物欲のかたまりの私。

ほしいほしいと思っていた包丁をついに買いました。
先日の料理教室で使ってから、忘れられず。
そういえば、料理家の友達も愛用していた。
購入者の評判もいいし。

海外でも人気のモデル。
オーストラリアでもよく見かけました。
長年の想いがこみ上げまして、
・・・・買うなら今でしょう。

野菜切りたい。
いつデビューさせようか。
楽しみです。

My senior coworker says she doesn't have not much passion for shopping these days.I felt I should be respect of hermind really.Compare to her, I'm full of love of possession.It's in proportion how much I worked.

Yeah,I finally bot these knives as photos.They are very famous brand all over the world.specially for chef people.I've been in love these for long years and I really liked it since I tried it when I joined one cooking class few weeks ago.One of my friend who works as cooking writer and editor has it.Also, many customer who bought this were very happy to get on the web shop.I remember that these were popular in Australia and often saw them in kitchen stuff shops.There were enough reasons to buy them for myself.Now was the time to make them mine!

I'd like to slice and cut many veges.When will it be the first day to use these?I'm so exited to do it soon!

夏休みのハイライト Highlight on vacation

妹が休みだったので
また食べに来たかき氷。
毎日暑くて、氷を食べずにはいられない・・・。

いつも通り、おいしかった。
あずきと練乳ってどうしてこんなに合うのでしょう。
抹茶もおいしいし。

この美味しさを、福岡の友達親子に届けたい。
そう思った「あかりや」でのひととき。

私の夏休みも今日でおしまい。

As my sister had day off and we went to our favorite Japanese cafe to have shaved ice as photos.We couldn't stop having these as it' s been too warm everyday.

It was good as usual.Why sweetly cooked beans are nice with condenced milk so much.Strong green tea flavour was also delicious.

I just hoped that I'd like to deliver this to my friend in Fukuoka.My summer vacation was over today!

韓国料理パーティ Korean party at home

昨日韓国から戻り、
今日は友達の家で韓国料理を食べている私。
私の健康食でもある韓国料理。
たまには友達にごちそうしてあげよう、と近所の友達宅へ。

３種のナムルを作り、普段使っている韓国の調味料や
旅先で購入したトッポッキなども。（トッポキ…細長いお餅）
もちろん食器も持ち込みです。
今回はソウルで買い足した箸置きが新作。
かわいいグリーンの陶磁器製。
まだ１歳にならない息子がいて、
なかなか外食ができないと嘆いていたので、
今回の韓国料理会に大喜びしてくれました。

またいつか開催してあげようと思います。

＊かわいい息子。わたしのではないけど…。（苦笑）

I came back home from Korea yesterday and have had Korean meal today at friend's place.Korean meals are one of my favorite things.I offered my friend it and visited her new house.

I cooked three kinds of Namul, which is marinade vegetable with salt, garlic and sesame oil.I brought other Korean cooking seasoning stuff, bowls and chopsticks and so on.The latest ones are light green chopstick pillow which was designed by and made in Korea.So cute colour and I bought it in Seoul.

I made Bibimpa which is rice bowl with namul and BBQ.Also, I cooked Toppoki which is long rice cake with spicy and sweet sauce.

As my friend has a baby boy who's 8 monthes years old, she can't go out that easily yet.So, she was so delighted at my offer and story of my travel in Seoul.I'm thinking that I will have it next time again.
