韓流栄養補給。 Last holiday in Korean town

失業したとはいえ、実は有給休暇状態でした。
『契約は３１日までだったので給与保証はします。』
というありがたきオファー。

ナイスなホリデーの最終日は新大久保で
派遣友達と待ち合わせ。

平日なのにホームも改札も女性だらけです。
近年の韓流熱をじかに感じます。
先輩も先日『新大久保のコーヒープリンスに行った』という
メールをもらったばかりでしたし。

お目当てのお店は１１時半で大行列でしたので却下。
ふらふら歩いて、空いてる店に入ってみました。

気分で選んだけどアタリ！
おかずは食べ放題だし、
ランチでカムジャタンが食べられる！
（カムジャタン：ジャガイモと牛骨の辛い鍋料理）
大概どこも大鍋でのメニューしかないので、
１人前で注文できる店は貴重です。

今回はカムジャタンとソルロンタンを注文し、分けることに。
（ソルロンタン：牛骨ダシの白濁した全く辛くないスープにお肉と春雨入り）
あと、昼間からマッコリ飲んでました。
ゆずマッコリ！甘くておいしかった。
ひとり１４００円也。贅沢ランチ。

잘먹었습니다！チャルモゴッスムニダ！

また６月からがんばるのだ。
派遣同盟の誓い（笑）
今度はベトナム料理だって～。

I met up my friend, whom we met in the insurance company as same temporary worker,in Shinokubo where is called Korean town in Tokyo.There are many Korean restaurant, shops selling Korean DVD and celeblities's stuff such as photoes and so on.It was Monday, but there were many women who are big fun of Korean dramas and stars.I simply felt passion for Korea.

Where I was planing to have lunch was crazily crowed and we gave up to go.We walked around without any plan and picked one along the street.Inside there was very beautiful and it was good deal.We enjoyed Gamjyatang, which is spicy chili soup with potatoes and beef bones, and Sol Longtang which is beef stock soup with sliced beef and noodle.Also we had some drinks from noon.It was fun!

怠惰ホリデー Lazy holidays

早くも日本は梅雨入り。
しかも台風まできた・・・。
まだ５月なのに。

私の派遣仕事終了とともに始まった悪天候。
おかげで１週間以上のホリデーを
お出かけすることなく、在宅でＴＶとお友達。
適当にジム。
雨のおかげでやる気ゼロどころかマイナスです。
今日は休みだった妹と、万年ホリデーの父と
３人でラーメン食べに行きました。
大好きなとんこつラーメン。
デパートの九州物産展です。

昔住んでいた、福岡の大好きな味。
お父さん、ごちそうさまでした。

明日は派遣友達と新宿・新大久保に出没！

Rainy season has already started!In addition, typhoon passed all over Japan.It's on May yet....

It's been bad weather since my contract job was over.So, I kept being at home and watching TV and Korean DVDs.Sometimes going to gym to join some lessons.Being lazy and good friends with TV.No energy and passion to do anything because of continuous raining.

I went out to have noodle lunch with my sister and dad today.This is called Tonkotsu ramen which is noodle soup made by pork bones.I like this the best.This kind of noodle soup is famous in western Island Kyushu area, Fukuoka city where our family used to live when I was a kid.Therefore, it's memorial and favorite taste for all of us.It was father's shout.Thanks dad!

I will appear in Shinjuku, Shinokubo where is called Korean town.

初夏のパスタ Early summer pasta

本日仕込んだローズマリーオイルはそのままに。
新たにハーブを摘み取り、
ガーリックと塩でチキンを漬けておきました。
私のおひとり様ランチ。

しっかり焼き色をつけて、オイルパスタの付け合わせに。
ホワイトアスパラガスも添えてあります。
フレッシュなレモンをかけて食べると
ハーブとレモンの香りがさわやかな初夏のパスタって感じ。
（お皿は水色とかがよかったな～。）

どうも明日くらいから梅雨の予感。
天気予報によると今日は今月最後の晴れ、らしいです。

I leave rosemary oil today, I picked another herbs up from the garden to make rosemary chiken for my lunch.I marinaded chiken with garlic, salt and rosemary and then grilled them well with olive oil.Serving on to oil pasta with fresh lemon.It smells fresh rosemary and lemon.Gives you an imagine of blue sky and clear winds.I'd love to name this ''early summer pasta''.

I seems to be rainy season from tomorrow.According to the weather forcast on TV,it would be the last sunny day in May.

ハーブ生活2年目 Love Herb Life

『料理の時に庭からハーブをもぎ取ってくる』的生活。
私の夢のひとつでもあります。

昨年、植えたバジルとローズマリー。
バジルは豊作で夏に沢山食べられたけど
ローズマリーはパサパサで使えず。

ひと冬放置しておいたら、なんと新芽がぐんぐん伸びて
欲しいと願ってた緑のフレッシュなローズマリーが
出来ているのことを今日気がついた。
（正しくは・・・母が教えてくれた）
さっそく収穫し、
ローズマリーオイルを作っておきました。
料理に使っても、パンにつけてもおいしいはず。
何より、家で採れたことに余計に高まる充実感。

天気もいいし、家には私ひとりだし。
おいしいランチを食べるため、
ローズマリーチキンを仕込みました。
ワイン飲みたい。

まだ14時だけど。

One of my dream is cooking with home grown harbs in the garden. To make it true,I planted some harbs such as basil and rosemary last year.Basils were greatly grown and we enjoyed a lot during whole summer.However, rosemary were not well and drier than usual and it was impossible to pick and use for cooking.I left those rosemary and never cared for last winter.But, I knew they have new leaves and are nicely green and smell wonderful.It was my ideal herbs!

Then I made this rosemary oil and will be very useful for pasta and grill meat.Also, nice to have with hard bread. Most exciting thing is these herbs are really home grown.

Sunny day and no one at home.It's really peaceful and my time.I will cook rosemary chiken and thinking to have a glass of white wine from noon.What a day!

純粋であれ Keep being pure

土曜日から、ほぼすべてをおざなりにして、
ドラマのＤＶＤを見ていた。
もちろん韓国のドラマ。

3.5日で20話みてる私、どうかしてるよ。
と思いながら、やってしまった。
今回は母が借りていた
「トキメキ☆成均館（ソンギュンカン）スキャンダル」
邦題センスはどうなんだ？と思いながら
見始めたら、これがなんかピッタリなんだよね。

朝鮮時代劇にラブコメディを足しこんだ話で
伝統服を着こなす役者の素敵なこと。
４話目を見終わったあたりから、のめり込んでいた。
うちの平均年齢アラフォー女子は完全に『病』の域。
（※平均年齢を上げているのは、還暦越えの母親）
男の友情も見ていてほほえましく、感動があって
なんか純粋に巻き込まれてる・・・。

最近の韓流ブームは
あのヨン様時代のあれとは全然違う。
（ちなみに「冬のソナタ」は見たことがないデス）

憧れがぎゅっと詰まったドラマの世界と
『水戸黄門的』裏切らないストーリー展開に
心救われちゃう単純な生き物なのだ。
女って。

I kept watching Korean Drama for 3.5days.I spent whole days to watch 20 stories and it was like really HOLIC.I watched ''Sungkyunkwan Scandal''　성균관 스캔들 which was on air 2010 in Korea.

Good looking three boys and one girl in traditional clothes are so attractive to see and there is a moving story with friend ships.Mum and we daugters are completely Korean drama holic.There is no excuse.

We GIRLS all love typical Cinderella story how old we are now.

*The photo is the perfume that I bought with my sister these day.Purity will wash our tiredness and mind with dirt away.

白い贈り物 White Asparagus

妹の名前で荷物が届いた。
北海道のホワイトアスパラガス。
おいしいそう。
贅沢品です。

『おいしいもの』が大好きなうちの家族。
旬の味はより楽しく、おいしい。
ホワイトアスパラは普通のと比べ、やや苦みがありますが風味程度。
大人にわかる？おいしさかもしれません。
表面の皮を薄くそいで、長めにゆでるとおいしいです。

天ぷらにして食べたらおいしかった！
塩でたべて、甘みと香りがふわりと広がります。

あとはピザにのせたり。
今後、クリーム煮にします。
あとはどうしようか。

妹達は出来上がるのを待つだけ・・・。
おいしい身分です。

A bunch of white asparagus arrived at home!Sender is my sister's name who lives in the same house here.It's seasonal products and famous in Hokkaido, north of Japan.They are expensive veges and what a rich gift for us!

My family love delicious things and will pay for them even if it's a bit expensive.Also, seasonal things are very important not to miss the chance.Now is the time to get!

White asparagus have a slightly bitter flavour, but it's nice to enjoy and able to feel beautiful for us adults.It needs to peel finely and boil well.They are tip for cooking.

I cooked Tempra and it was so nice.I'm planing to cook other left with fresh cream.What I should do others?????My sister is just waiting the dish which I will cook.

最後のお弁当 The last lunch

締めのお弁当。
・わかめご飯

・ピーマンのおひたし

反省点：
・おかず４品にしたかった
・彩り足らず
今日で勤務していた災害対策本部が閉鎖。
自動的に失業とあいなりました。

突然決まった派遣の仕事。
２ヶ月間、週休１日で突っ走ってきて
疲れを感じることも多かったけど、
良き派遣仲間や社員さんに恵まれ
かつてないほどにストレスなく仕事ができたと思います。

大企業の雰囲気を見ることができたのも
面白かったし、勉強になった。
仕事をしている方が、自分は元気だとも知ったし。

たった２ヶ月でも、とっても良き社会人生活でした。
立ち止まることなく、歩きつづけながら考え事してもいっか、と
素直に思えた時間。

来週から毎日会わないけど、仲良くなれた派遣仲間とは
たまに会ったり、食事に行きたいと思っています。

お疲れ様でした、みんな。

また６月からがんばろう。
誕生日には働いていたいです。

This is my last lunch in this work place.

Our work place, which was opened urgently from March, was closed today.Then, we temporary workers autmatially lost job.

Suddenly started working and kept working hard with one day off in a week.I sometimes felt little bit tiredness, however I was blessed with workmates and far less stressness for this two monthes.

Through these terms, I could see huge company and it was good experience and learnings.I also could have a idea that it'll be OK what I will make plan and I should do in the future with keep working somewhere.Also I knew that I love working.

It'll be a bid sad and strange not to see friendly workmates from next week though, I hope to keep in touch with them and go out for lunch or drinking.

Good on we all!

*This chocolate cake was served by company for treat on 3 o'clock.Beautiful chocolate mousse and we enjoyed it.There are over 60 staff!What a generous company!

夏日のロシアランチ Russian lunch alone

１１：３０　　ひとり店に走る私。
火曜、水曜と飲み歩き、午前様なので胃がお疲れだけど
気になっていた「ロシア料理店」にどうしても行きたかった。

・つぼ焼きクリームシチュー
・自家製ライ麦パン
・サラダ

ボルシチがとってもおいしかった！
つぼ焼のシチューは子供のころに、
福岡に住んでいたころ、母に連れて行ってもらった
ロシア料理店を思い出すメモリアルなメニュー。

夏日の東京ですが、そんなときこそ温かいものを。

明日の出勤が最後だ。

I had run at 11:30 to rush into the Russian restaurant which I was interested in.As I had drinking party since Tue. and Wed. and didn't feel heavy meals though, it was only chance to try and wanted to have rather than how my condition was.

A course:900yen value at AUD10

・mashroom cream stew pot with bread lid
・homemade rye bread
・salad

The red soup borsch was very good.The mashroom cream stew pot with bread lid reminded me of that Russian restaurant where mum took me when I was a kid.

It's really warm day in Tokyo though, good to have Russian cuisine to keep warm inside bodyas it's usually too much air conditioned anywhere.

Probably, it will be hotter and less air conditioned as we have to save and less electricity on this summer.

Unwinded night to see and have drink with long years friends since our uni days.We gathered four of us and enjoyed chatting and drinking even on Tuesday.One of us came from Okinawa island and it's been so long to see and I organized to do today.

Three of us,including me, are all unmarried and thinking of our future seriously.Sometimes it's headache and we just hope to be positive to go ahead.Happy to share similar thought with friends though, drinking and going home after 12 AM is really tough for me......

There is a plan to have a drink tonight, so I made light lunch.But, I was full when I had all these.

・mango juice

I made mango juice pack frozen and used it as Ice pack to keep cool my lunch.The lunch bag ,which my friend sent to me, worked so well.

Feel I'd like to have stemed rice today.Any place wherever we go were quite busy and picked quieter restaurant here.We had prawn curry with coconuts milk.It was great.Rich in coconuts and many prawns there.Taste was mild first and after having, spicy and chill taste came up.We really enjoyed it for lunch.

That friend, whom works with me current work place, is very experienced for many kinds of job.She told me she worked over 30 kinds of company included part-time workind that she did when she was a student.I'm proud of her independent life and attitude.I feel she is really cool.She also has a beatiful clear white skin.It doesn't look like same age as me.I actually envy it, too.

フレンチ会合 Meeting at French restaurant

今日は前の会社の先輩と会う約束。（ちなみに女性）

先輩が多忙すぎて会う時間を作れず半年も
経ってしまいました。
やっと今日、食事の約束にありつけ
先輩のリクエストに合わせ、フレンチを予約。
初めて行く店でしたが、小さくて雰囲気のいいお店。

団体予約が入っていたので、カウンターでの食事でしたが
おいしかったし、会っていなかった分、聞きたい話も多くて
とっても楽しかった。
久しぶりな分、コース料理で贅沢しました！

I had dinner at French restaurant with my former workmate.It's been a half of year to see her as she's been hectic.

We enjoyed full course menu with a glass of wine and it was wonderful.As there were a lot of chat and time has gone so quickly.It was chilly raining night, but we were so exicited to talk each other.We are planing to go to another restaurant next time.Hope it will be coming soon.

「？」と思いながら開けたら、
なんと誕生日プレゼント！
「だいぶ早いけど」と書いてありましたが、
これからの時期にぴったりだから、
早く送ってくれたのだと思います。

かわゆいネズミちゃんのキャラクター。
これからさらにお弁当持っていくのが楽しくなりそう。
合わせてお弁当箱を買いたくなってしまいました。

One yellow parcel has arrived at home and it was from my friend.I just wondered what it is and opened it.It was a birthday present for me!The card says it's too early though.I'm sure she sent this for me as it will be useful for this season.

She sent me a special lunch bag which can keep cool a lunch box.So nice consideration and great idea!There are printed cute mice over all bags like this.It will make me fun to make my lunch box.I felt I'd like to get one more new lunch box!

韓流弁当 Korean lunch box

今日のイメージは韓国料理のビビンバです。
韓国ドラマの影響で食生活も韓流にシフト。

・焼肉丼（目玉焼きのせ＝※加熱したので真っ白。）
　コチュジャン付き
・小松菜のナムル
・シメジのポン酢ソテー
・かぼちゃの煮物

あともう一品あると、バランスいいな～。
でもお昼おいしかったです。
マシッソ～（韓国語：おいしい～）
空腹感の強い昼はやっぱり「肉」がいい。

*なんと仕事が来週２０日までになりそうです。
また仕事探しの旅が始まります。
自分探しも継続中・・・・。

It's lunch box today.I imagined Korean cuisine Bibimpa which is Korean BBQ and marinade salad bowl.I added marinade green salad and sweetly cooked pampkin.I thick if there is one more dish will be nicer and balanced conbination.Anyhow, I enjoyed this.Meat dish is the best for lunch when it's most hungry time in the day.

*My work contract may finish soon.My journey for the job will start again.Still being looking for myself as well though....

母の味 my favorite mom's dish

ゴールデンウィーク明けの月曜日の電車はひどく混んでました。
疲れました。
でもこの疲れは電車のせいではなく、
たぶん、６日目の仕事だから。
そんな体にムチ打って、お弁当作りに精を出しました。
そう、今日はあのお弁当箱のデビュー日。
絶対に鶏そぼろのご飯にすると決めてました。
彩りもきれいだし、
私は「うちの鶏そぼろご飯」が大好きだから。

母親の味は濃いめですが、私は一番おいしいと思っている。
その味を受け継いでいるので『濃いめ』味付けです。
お弁当にするとさらにおいしいの。
砂糖をきび糖（粗糖）にしたら、卵が茶色に！
見た目いまいちだけど、お昼はとってもＨＡＰＰＹでした。
仕事仲間も『駅弁みたーい』と興味津々でした。

待ちわびた休日が明日。
部屋の掃除や２週間ぶりのジム、と
色気のない予定が詰まってますが、やりたいことなのでよし。
やりたいこと全部やらないと・・・・忙しい。

Golden week has gone!It's 3days continuous national holidays and weekend.Japanese call this the golden week as it's wonderfuly long holidays on calender.It doesn't matter for workers on sales and hospitality workers.Also for me, too.I took one day off for the party and worked all days.Therefore, I felt very tired and busy train was horrably uncomfortable.

Today, it was a debut day for my new wooden lunch box!I've decided what I will make for this day.I made Tori-Soboro gohan which is minced chiken cooked with suger and soy sauce on the rice.Also, adding sweet fried egg.This is one of my favorite dish mom cooks.It's a bit strong taste though,I feel this is the best.As I take over it from mom, my dish has strong taste,too.But, it's nice for lunch box.My special lunch was done colourfully and nicely.

My workmates were impressed and said it was like shops' one.I was very happy to have it and great lunch box gives me more special lunch time.

@It's my day off tomorrow.I have a lot of things to do such as cleaning room and going pool and so on.It's not special though, everything I should do.So, it will be great if I did them all!

ＧＷランチ Holiday lunch

世間はゴールデンウィーク真っ只中。
私は１日休み、あとは休日返上で出勤です。
今まで散々休んでたので大丈夫。
今週はホリデーウィーク、ということで
お弁当もお休みしています。

今日は隣のビルで豆カレーのランチ。
スパイシーで美味しかったんだけど、
ご飯が少しパサついていました。
ちょっと残念。

仕事を終えた後に、オーストラリアのサニーと長電話。
久しぶりに電話したので、おしゃべりが止まらない。
職場の話や先日の地震のこと、しゃべり続けてました。
オーストラリアはイースターホリデー直後のようでした。
日本にいるとすっかり忘れてしまう。
とにかく、話ができて、いい休日になりました。

行きたいな～。オーストラリア。
クィーンズランドはいいとこなんですよ。

It's Golden Week in Japan.As there are 4 national holidays in ten days, if you maneged your holiday schedule, you'll able to have long holidays.Therefore, this week is called like thisin Japan.However,I had only 1day off and keep working even it's holiday.During this, I have a break for making my lunch as well and go out to have lunch.

I had beans curry in cafe and it was nice.But, rice was not perfectly cooked.It was a shame.Cuury was great taste though....

After working, I called my friend Sunny in Australia.It's been a long time to talk with her and I told my recent news and last earth quake in Japan.I was too excited and kept talking.We had some bad news these days,but sharing those and talking our news was really fun and made me unwinding.It's really healing time for me.

I miss Australia!I know Queensland is lovely place to stay!

卆寿祝い The 90th celebration

おばあちゃんの卆寿のお祝いでした。
奇跡的に孫、ひ孫までの親戚一同、全員が集合。

会社員、契約社員、派遣社員の我々からみて、
イトコ達は保育士、看護師、警察官とまあ、堅実な。
そんな真面目なイトコ達に会うのも本当に久しぶりで、
いろいろくだらない話もしながら、大笑いしました。

賑やかな会で、おばあちゃんも楽しかったと思います。
これからもずっと元気でいてね！
まずは、目指せ１００歳！

We had a party for our granma's 90th memorial birthday.All grand children have a work though, we all could make a day off today and get together.It was miracle!

My cousins work as a child carer,a nurse and a police man.I saw the real police man lisence at the first time in person.It was so rare to look at!

It's been a while to get together all and we really enjoyed to have late lunch and chatting.We all wish only granma's long life with healthy and believe in she will have the 100th birthday after decade.

新調品 newly welcome to my life

『お弁当ライフ充実宣言』の裏には、
この子たちを購入したからでした。

秋田県の名産品、「わっぱ」です。
秋田杉で出来ていて、地元の職人が手作りした逸品。
お弁当箱ひとつに、こんな額積んだの人生で初めてですが、
大事に使うと２０年は使えるそうです。すごい。

ざっと考えて、私の定年間際まで使える計算。
ちょっと、ぞっとする。（笑）

There was the reason why I had a statement that I will be keen on making my lunch nicely.Because of these!This is a wooden lunch box and made in Akita pref. in Tohoku, Japan by workmen.All hand made and used Akita pain which is locally grown wood.I paid quite a lot as for one lunch box, but according to its instructions
if I used this properly, it will be able to use for 20years!It's surprising!

In simply calculation, I will be able to use this until around my retirement.When I imagined it, I feel a bit scarely though....lol　

いい週のはずでした Would be nice though...

これ5日くらい前のお弁当です。

自分で全部作れて満足だったのに。
おいしかったのに。
週末こんなことになるとは思いもせず・・・。

木曜に職場の仲間と飲み歩き、
がらにもなく3軒もはしご酒。
しかも終電とタクシーで午前2時に帰宅。
翌日、激しい二日酔いで30分遅刻して出勤。
仕事はしたけど、帰宅途中に体調不良。

結局、土曜日の朝から３８度も熱を出し、
食欲はゼロどころかむしろマイナス。
つまらない週末でした。
胃の痛みが治まらず、日曜は欠勤。
週６勤務を１ヶ月続けただけで、バテちゃうもの困ります。

次回はもっと大人の飲み方をしたいと思います。
飲み会そのものは、声が枯れるほど笑って
たのしかったんですけどね。

This is my lunch box photo on Tuesday.I never expected that this would be worst in recent on this day.

I went to have a drink with some workmates and did unusual things such as going three places to drink at one night, home by the last train and taxi at 2:00 AM and work place with 30minutes late because of heavy hungover.I worked whole day, but went home and started to feel sick again.Finally I had a 38 degrees fever and kept sleeping all weekends.I had no apetite and never feel want to eat.It was owful week.My friend says too much tiredness made me sick as I worked 1 month with only 4days off though, I should be more tougher.

Anyhow, drinking party was fun.So I will enjoy it with little bit of alcohol next time.
