ちび休み。春休み。

春休みの１ページ。（３月２０日～２２日）
静岡に住むイトコの息子＆娘。桜輔（おうすけ・８歳）と菫（すみれ・５歳）。
春休みということで叔母とともに埼玉までやってきました。

その成長がまるで我が子のように愛おしい。
お腹の中にいた頃から見てるんだもの。
口も達者になり、時に生意気にもなるけど、基本的にかわいい。
ほんとはお弁当を作って出かけよう、とかいろいろ考えていたのだけど
自分が体調を崩し、すべて計画倒れ・・・。ごめんね。
１日一緒に出かけたのが精一杯でした。でもやっぱり楽しかった～。
ふたりともまた大きくなったね。

◆My cousin's children Osuke, 8 years old and Sumire, 5 years old and they visited us as they are on Spring holidays.Realising their growing when I saw them is so fulfilling and as if they are my kids.I've known them since they were in mum's tummy.Through their growing, they speak well and handle little bit mature language and then it sometimes a bit cheeky.However, I love all as they are so cute and adorable.

I was planing that we were going to picnic with lunch box, but all plans were spoiled as I was sick.I feel so sorry for them!Going out together only one day was doing my best.It was enjoyable for me!You both grew up so much again and gave me such a big love and joy!

我慢の１週間。

先週は原因不明の熱と消化不良で
寝込んだ連休でした。ぐったり。
いとこの子供たちが来ていたけど、
全力で遊んであげられず、
気持ちも不完全燃焼。

体調不良の原因はウイルス性胃腸炎
（たぶんね）。
久しぶりに参った・・・・。
揚げ物などはしばらく我慢、とのこと。
すでに食欲減退してるんだけどね。

これは最近ハワイから帰ってきた妹たちからのお土産。
みやげ話のステーキとイタリアンの話が胃にもたれました。
頼んだコナコーヒー（ハワイ産のコーヒー）もしばらくおあずけ・・・・。
ほんとは食べるの大好きなのに（涙）

◆I was sick and in a bed with fever and having diarrhea last weekend .Even then, my cousin's kids visited me as they planed.I was looking forward to seeing them so long, but I could not to take care of them enjoyably because of my unhealthy condition.I felt sorry for them so much.

Recently my sisters came back to home from Hawaii, USA and gave me this keychain as a present and I heard the story of the travel and what they ate there such as stakes and Italians.Then I felt it's so heavy on my stomach!I love eating actually though.....

◆Coffee Class in Starbucks Coffee◆

今日はスターバックスコーヒーが主催するコーヒーセミナーへ。
朝からお天気でいい日曜でした。
そして花粉症も絶好調。

数年前になりますが、シドニーにいた頃
地元のカフェで開催されていた講座にも参加したことのある私。
エスプレッソマシーンの使い方などは教わったことがあるのです。
なので今回はハンドドリップの講座に参加しました。
（オーストラリアはシアトル系強し。ハンドドリップは少数派かも。）

◆I had a coffee class which was hold by Starbuck Coffee.It was sunny day since morning and my hay fever also perfectly horrable!

I used to have espresso coffee class when I was in Sydney and then I learnt how to make perfect cuppcino with espresso machines.It was wnderful experience which was like I was a barista! This class today is how to make nice coffee with paper dripping style.

最初にコーヒーの種類についてのお話と、
おいしい淹れ方についての簡単な説明。
その後、デモンストレーションを見て、実際に自分で淹れてみました。
自分の今までの間違いとコツがわかってすっきり！
（でもお腹はコーヒーでいっぱい・・・・）

終盤にはお店のザッハトルテをご馳走になり、満腹、満足！
帰りにコーヒー豆もいただきました。
元喫茶店店主の叔母に電話し、
お古のステンレスコーヒーポットを頂戴！と頼みました。
お礼はおいしいコーヒーで。

知らない人と出会う時間、新しいことを知る時間。
それが私の生活のサプリメント。

◆Firstly, we heard about growing areas and characteristics of coffee beans.It was very interesting!The main parts of those are Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia.All parts are situated around the equator.After that, we were lectured how to make beautiful coffee with paper dripping roughly and easily.Then we tried to do it by ourselves.I learnt some mistakes which I used to make and tips.All cleared!Wow!

We were served chocolate cake with fresh cream.Staff said this cake was the best conbination with this coffee which we used today.Afterward, we received coffee beans to make another cup of coffee at home.On the way to home, I called to my aunti who used to own cafe before and asked to give me old coffee pot that was in her cafe.I'll make nice coffee for her in return.

Having the time to meet new people,
having the hour to know something new is supplement of my happy days.

オレンジ・デイズ

先週は本当に長い１週間でした。
月曜日からアルコール消毒（飲酒）。
花粉症もひどくなるし。

まだ三十路ですが、
長いこと生きてるといろんなことがあるんだと思います。
嫌なこともいいことも、ひっくるめての「いい人生」

眉間にしわの入る一瞬と、
たくさんの人の温かさに気づいた７日間でした。
ラッキなーわたし。

なんのことを言ってるかよくわかんないかも。
でも私の大事な人々にはいつか説明しますからね。

◆It's been long week lastweek!I drank from Monday and my hay fever is getting worse.I have nothing good!I've been alive over 30years and knew there are so many thing which is good and bad.Including both, ''Life is beautiful''. I had a frowning moment and 7days when I realized a lot of people's warmness.How lucky I am!

It must be hard to understand I'm talking about now.I'm going tell you all my precious people by myself soon.Then you'll know what I wanted to express here!

ブルターニュランチ in 小布施

例年よりもだいぶ少ない積雪の山々。
冷え込むこの季節は、空気が澄んでとてもきれい。
ですが、雪不足な感じがちょっと心配。
夏の水不足や畑のミネラル欠乏につながりますので。

長野は山に囲まれた土地だということが冬は顕著にわかります。
善光寺のお参りの後に、小布施まで足をのばして
父の行きたかったフレンチのお店へ。

＊そば粉のガレット＊
信州サーモンの燻製・アボカド・半熟たまご・きのこ・サラダに

生チーズのドレッシングをかけてあります。（おいしい）

＊栗のアイスクリームとはちみつのガレット＊
さくさくのガレットに栗のアイス。
はちみつの甘さが絡まり絶妙のバランス。（もちろんおいしい）

もちろんガレットにはシードル（りんごの発泡酒）。
そば粉でつくるクレープ・ガレットは
フランスのブルターニュ地方の郷土料理ですが
そば粉もりんごの長野の名産。
「長野は日本のブルターニュだ！」と納得のランチタイム。
今度はディナーを食べたい。

にしても、良く食べるわうちの連中。

おじいちゃんの１０年目。

２月末日、それは長野のおじいちゃんの命日。
今回は１０周忌です。
家族は珍しく５人揃って長野まで行ってきました。

大人として「祖父」と呼ぶべきところでしょうが、
私には「長野のおじいちゃん」がしっくりくる。
物静かな人だったので、今でも長野に行くと居る様な気分になる。
私に名前をつけてくれたおじいちゃんは今も心と記憶に生きてます。

今回はおばあちゃんも一緒に６人でお墓へ。
善光寺を中心に長野市内を見おろす山の斜面にある墓地は
とっても眺めのいい場所です。

◆Granpa's 10th anniv.◆
In the end of Feb. is the 10th anniversary of my grandpa's death.As a 30's woman, I should call him ''grand father'' but he's always '' grandpa'' since my childhood, so it'll be more natural for me.Granpa named me when I was born and he's been living in my mind and memories even now. Although we rarely gathered to visit Nagano pref, where is my grand parents' place, we all went to the cemetery and cleaned our family grave where my garnd dad sleeps in.My grandma, 88 years old, went there with us and left many flowers.The grave is situated in the slope of hill and the scenery is great to be able to see the whole Nagano city and biggest and most famous temple Zenkoji in Nagano pref.

もともと我が家の墓は善光寺の敷地内にあったそうですが
すべて山の上に移築されたんだとか。
昔のお墓の場所をおばあちゃんが教えてくれました。

◆Our family grave used to be in the court of Zenkoji before, but all garaves were transfered to current cemetary on the mountain.Granama told us where there was.

長野にも春が近づいています。
これからもっとカラフルな季節になる。

善光寺の７年に１度の御開帳に合わせて

４月～５月の間にまた長野を訪れる予定。
春の長野もまちどおしい。

◆Spring is coming in few weeks time and it'll be more colourful season.I'm already planing to visit Nagano between April and May.Zenkoji will have the special event once in the seven years.The name is ''Gokaicho'' which means like opening the door.And then we all visiter can see the golden statue of Budda is owned by Zenkoji since 654.Through looking at and pray for the Budda and we will be given huge luckiness from it.The chance is this year!Don't miss it!
